He was a partner and leader in real estate educational companies that did over $1billion in sales from 2005 to 2015.
Since 2004, Dave has been an active real estate investor and operator, managing hundreds of transactions spanning wholesaling, rehabbing, build-to-rent, and commercial development. During Covid, at the request of Dean Graziosi, Dave helped him and Tony Robbins turn around two divisions of the company including Business Mastery as Tony’s mission moved from conducting live events to virtual events and sales.

He’s done everything from wholesaling, buy fix and flip, new construction development and raising capital for syndications for new build residential, RV, mobile home and tiny homes.
